Courses, seminars and materials tied to your current work. Where something looks incomplete, the agent asks you about it, tells you what evidence would support the claim and only then works out whether an amendment is worth lodging.
If it is, you get the proposed position and the exact fee in writing. If it is not, you have paid nothing and you know the return was right.
