How enquiries are handled

Because of the volume of enquiries we receive, we do not have the resources to take phone calls. All contact is by email or through the form on this page. Every enquiry goes into a priority ticket queue and is handled in order, normally within 5 business days. Delays do occur from time to time. If yours is taking longer, email info@untax.com.au quoting the name and email address you used, rather than submitting a new enquiry, so you keep your place in the queue.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us at info@untax.com.au and we will respond within 3 business days. Complaints about the tax service itself should also go to the tax agent and can be escalated to the Tax Practitioners Board.

Privacy requests

To access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@untax.com.au. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

Send us a message.

Please do not include your tax file number or bank details. Refunds are not guaranteed.
